Life Saving Shelters Program

Charity Helpers Foundation – Onboarding

1. Welcome to the Charity Helpers Foundation
Helping Animals. Healing People. Building Hope.

At the **Charity Helpers Foundation**, we believe true healing is mutual.
When animals are rescued, and people are restored — **everyone recovers.**

We’re inviting you to take part in a powerful, scalable solution that brings together two of society’s greatest unmet needs:

**Safe, sustainable animal shelters** for thousands of abandoned dogs
**Dignified recovery programs** for individuals overcoming substance abuse and trauma

This is more than a program — it’s a blueprint for communities everywhere.

The Model: Purpose-Driven Eco-Villages

We design and build **off-grid micro-villages** where residents care for rescued dogs, live in private, solar-powered shelters, and participate in structured, optional recovery or caregiving routines.

Each project site includes:

**Dog shelters for up to 2,000 animals**
**Human shelter cabins** for residents, guests, and recovery participants
**Food milling equipment** to process our own dog food from raw farm ingredients
**Water storage**, **solar power**, and **compost toilets** for full self-reliance

Shared spaces for wellness, shade, storage, and care

The model is **built for sustainability** — financially, socially, and environmentally.

Who This Serves:

**Animals** in crisis, rescued from abandonment, hoarding, and neglect
**People** in recovery, especially those on fixed income, disability, or post-incarceration
**Volunteers & mission-driven travelers** (Dog Heaven guests) who want to help without the pressure of long-term adoption
**Communities** in need of affordable, repeatable solutions to overlapping housing and public health challenges

What’s Involved: Materials, Equipment & Team

Each village requires:

~**18–20 acres** of land (10 for animals/production, 8–10 for housing)
**Shelter molds & equipment** for manufacturing low-cost, weatherproof cabins (cardboard fiber, pressed adhesive structures)
**Dog shelters** built with compressed, insulated, water-resistant materials
**Milling equipment** for grinding, mixing, and pressing dog food — saving 40–60% over pre-bagged supply
A **skilled team of ~31 professionals** to build in a tight 9-week construction window:
Builders, solar technicians, mill installers, utility workers, and managers

The Numbers: Cost, Timeline, and Value

Startup Cost:

A full build-out with land, labor, equipment, shelters, and food systems costs **approximately $1.59 million**.

Build Timeline:

Once presale goals are met, the village takes **~9 weeks to construct**.

How It’s Funded:

We sell **Recovery Tokens** and **Dog Heaven Tickets** — each for **$3,995**:

**Dog Heaven:** A 2.5-week immersive dog-lovers vacation
**Recovery Token:** A ~23-month residency in a private cabin with care & purpose

Why 202 Packages Covers a $1.59M Project

You may notice that 202 x $3,995 = $807,990. So how does that cover a $1.59M project

The answer is in the **value each cabin continues to generate.**

Each unit isn’t just a one-time sale — it provides:

$3,995 upfront (package price)
~$3,800–4,000 in **future rent or use value** (rehab rent, guest stays, donor-funded placements)

Optional merchant income (vending, supply store, meals)

Each cabin delivers **~$7,800+ in usable value**, enough to fully fund the project when multiplied across 202 cabins.

This is how we build a $1.5M village with less than $1M in startup cash. It’s efficient, circular, and sustainable.

After Launch: Sustainability & Social Enterprise

After buildout, the village becomes self-sustaining through:

**Resident rent** ($150–200/month)
**Guest vacation packages**
**Recovery sponsorships**
**Merchant services** (supply store, vending machines, meals, wellness perks)

This allows modest profits to return to Charity Helpers Foundation for future programs and expansions.

Feeding the Dogs: Mill-Your-Own Savings

Buying commercial dog food for 2,000 dogs is not viable.

By installing our own **food milling operation** and working directly with farmers for bulk grains, proteins, and supplements, we:

Reduce feed costs up to 60%
Employ residents in productive labor
Use clean, local ingredients
Eliminate reliance on bagged imports
