PURPOSE

This document defines what participating shops may sell,
offer, or provide under the Carrito platform.

It exists to prevent confusion, misrepresentation,
and accidental overreach.

CORE PRINCIPLE
--------------------------------------------------
Shops sell modules, services, and builds.
The platform remains modular and honest.

--------------------------------------------------
COMPLETE VEHICLES
--------------------------------------------------
Shops may sell:
- Complete Small Grid (SG) vehicles
- Baseline Class A configurations
- Clearly labeled Class B or Class C builds

Requirements:
- Matching vehicle serials
- Complete documentation
- Accurate class disclosure

ASSEMBLY SERVICES
--------------------------------------------------
Shops may sell:
- Vehicle assembly services
- MMF installation
- Power Frame installation
- Helping Hand installation

Assembly services must:
- Use certified or disclosed components
- Preserve MMF geometry
- Follow inspection checklists

POWER FRAMES
--------------------------------------------------
Shops may sell:
- Certified Power Frames
- Reference Power Frames
- Shop-designed Power Frames (with disclosure)

Power Frames must:
- Include PF_Spec documentation
- Declare grid and class
- Preserve SPV and MMF interfaces

UPGRADES AND SWAPS

Shops may sell:
- Power Frame swaps
- Battery upgrades
- Generator upgrades
- Service-optimized components

Upgrades must:
- Trigger serial revision where required
- Maintain documentation accuracy

HELPING HAND MODULES
--------------------------------------------------
Shops may sell:
- Helping Hand modules
- Installation services
- Control upgrades

Helping Hand offerings must:
- Declare power requirements
- Include labeling and E-stop
- Be disabled during vehicle motion

CASTING SERVICES
--------------------------------------------------
Shops may sell:
- Cast components within licensed scope
- Mold-based production services

Restrictions:
- Home-cast parts may not be sold as baseline components
- Critical engine parts require licensed casting facilities

MOLDS AND KITS
--------------------------------------------------
Shops may sell:
- Licensed mold usage
- Casting kits (where allowed)
- Educational casting services

Molds remain licensed assets.

Shops may NOT sell:
- Misrepresented baseline claims
- Unlabeled experimental builds
- Modified MMF cages
- Unverified critical engine components

Shops control their own pricing.

Marketing must:
- Match actual configuration
- Avoid implied certification
- Use accurate terminology
