CARITO SACRED POWER VOLUME (SPV) LAW v1.0
==========================================

Document: 05_Sacred_Power_Volume.txt
Status: Foundational / Non-Negotiable
Applies To: All Carrito grids, MMF cages, Power Frames, and power systems

--------------------------------------------------
1. PURPOSE
--------------------------------------------------
The Sacred Power Volume (SPV) defines a protected three-dimensional space within the
Motor Modular Frame (MMF) reserved exclusively for power generation, power conversion,
power conditioning, cooling, and service access.

The SPV exists to protect future compatibility and prevent the vehicle platform from
being redesigned around any single power system.

--------------------------------------------------
2. CORE PRINCIPLE
--------------------------------------------------
The SPV is intentionally oversized.

Shrinking the SPV to better fit a current engine is prohibited.
Future power systems must be able to occupy the same volume without chassis redesign.

--------------------------------------------------
3. SPV DEFINITION
--------------------------------------------------
The SPV is a fixed internal envelope defined by:
- Grid-specific length
- Grid-specific width
- Grid-specific height

The SPV envelope is defined before any engine is selected.

--------------------------------------------------
4. SPV EXCLUSIVITY
--------------------------------------------------
Only the following systems may occupy SPV space:
- Engines or motors
- Generators or alternators
- Conversion mechanics
- Controllers and regulators
- Cooling components
- Service clearance zones

Structural vehicle components must not intrude into the SPV.

--------------------------------------------------
5. INTERNAL ZONES
--------------------------------------------------
The SPV contains conceptual zones that may overlap but must not all be fully consumed:

- Motor Mount Zone (MMZ)
- Conversion Mechanics Zone (CMZ)
- Electrical and Control Zone (ECZ)
- Cooling and Airflow Zone (CAZ)
- Service Access Zone (SAZ)

Permanent obstruction of all zones simultaneously is prohibited.

--------------------------------------------------
6. POWER OUTPUT PLANE
--------------------------------------------------
The SPV terminates at the Power Output Plane.

Rules:
- Power must exit the SPV at a defined location
- Output centerline and orientation are fixed per grid
- No power system may bypass this interface

--------------------------------------------------
7. ADJUSTMENT AND FLOATING
--------------------------------------------------
Power Frames may float within a defined adjustment range inside the SPV
to achieve proper alignment with the Power Output Plane.

Adjustment must be achieved using:
- Slotted mounts
- Shims and spacers
- Adjustable brackets

The SPV envelope itself must not change.

--------------------------------------------------
8. SHIMS AND SPACERS
--------------------------------------------------
Washers, spacers, and shim packs are permitted only to correct alignment
and manufacturing tolerance.

They must not:
- Serve as primary structural members
- Bridge large misalignments
- Replace proper adapter plates

Excessive shimming requires reclassification.

--------------------------------------------------
9. WELDING POLICY
--------------------------------------------------
Welding inside the SPV is permitted only for:
- Approved support structures
- Power Frame lock-in tabs
- Utility mounts

Welds must be sacrificial or removable and must not redefine the SPV.

--------------------------------------------------
10. COMPATIBILITY AND CLASSIFICATION
--------------------------------------------------
Exceeding the SPV envelope or permanently consuming service zones
places a build outside baseline compliance.

Such builds must be labeled:
- Class B (Optimized)
- Class C (Experimental)

--------------------------------------------------
11. INSPECTION CLARITY
--------------------------------------------------
The SPV allows inspectors to:
- Identify intended power scale
- Verify baseline eligibility
- Distinguish experimental systems

--------------------------------------------------
12. NO EXTERNALIZATION
--------------------------------------------------
Power systems must not spill outside the SPV via external pods,
extensions, or appendages in baseline configurations.

--------------------------------------------------
13. AMENDMENTS
--------------------------------------------------
Changes to this law require:
- Version increment
- Change log entry
- Platform justification

--------------------------------------------------
END OF SACRED POWER VOLUME LAW
--------------------------------------------------
